Terms and Conditions for Hove Fulfilment Services

2.1 Fulfilment and Packing Services : We provide warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping services for internet-based orders. We handle order preparation, packing, and dispatching on behalf of the Client.

 

2.2 Shipping and Delivery : We offer standard shipping options via Royal Mail and other third-party carriers as requested.

 

2.3 Service Limitations : Our responsibility is limited to the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods as outlined. We do not offer customer service related to lost orders, tracking, or delivery issues once an order has been dispatched.

 

3. Shipping and Dispatch

 

3.1 Shipping via Royal Mail : Our primary shipping provider is Royal Mail. By choosing our service, the Client acknowledges and agrees that dispatches via Royal Mail are subject to their terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur once items are in transit.

 

3.2 **Tracking Services**: Tracking is available for certain shipping methods upon request. If the Client chooses a non-tracked shipping option, no tracking information will be available, and we will not be responsible for providing delivery status updates.

 

3.3 **Lost Orders and Responsibility**: Once an order is handed over to Royal Mail or any other carrier, our responsibility ends. We are not liable for any lost or delayed shipments and will not engage in tracking or investigating lost orders.

 

4. Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

 

4.1 **Damage and Loss Liability**: We will exercise due care when handling your goods within our facility. However, our liability is limited to damage caused while the items are in our possession. Once the goods leave our facility, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.

 

4.2 **Insurance**: We do not provide shipping insurance. Clients are responsible for arranging any insurance for goods if desired.

 

4.3 **Non-Guarantee of Delivery Time**: Delivery times provided by us are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

 

5. Billing and Payment

 

5.1 **Payment Terms**: Payment for services is due according to the terms agreed upon in the Client contract. Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is paid in full.

 

5.2 **Additional Charges**: Any additional shipping, packaging, or special handling requests outside of the standard agreement may incur additional fees.

 

6. Termination

 

6.1 **Termination by Client**: Clients may terminate their agreement with us by providing 30 days' written notice.

 

6.2 **Termination by Hove Fulfilment**: We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms or if the Client fails to make timely payments.

 

7. General Terms

 

7.1 **Governing Law**: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

7.2 **Changes to Terms**: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be provided in writing to the Client.

 

8. **Royal Mail Pricing Adjustments**

 

8.1 **Price Increases**: Our shipping rates are based on Royal Mail's current pricing structure. Should Royal Mail implement price increases or make changes to their rate structure, we reserve the right to adjust our shipping fees accordingly.

 

8.2 **Notice of Adjustments**: We will notify Clients of any pricing adjustments as soon as possible, but we may implement these adjustments immediately following a Royal Mail price change.

 

8.3 **Client Responsibility**: By using our services, the Client agrees to accept any such adjustments as part of our Terms. Continued use of our services after any adjustments signifies acceptance of the new rates.

 

By engaging in our services, the Client agrees to these Terms and acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the limitations outlined.
